Event Cancellation Policy?

Unfortunately, because seating for our classes is limited, and participants register in advance, registration is non-refundable. If you determine prior to 48 hours of the event, that you are unable to attend, please notify us via email at contactus@pcfineart.com with the subject “Cancellation”. In the body of the email, please provide your name, date and time of the class you were scheduled to attend, and indicate that you will not be attending. You will be given a credit to use towards a future class, based on seating availability. Or, you may send a family member or friend, to participate in your place.

Although we generally do not provide credits toward future classes if you determine that you are unable to attend with less than 48 hours remaining, prior to the event, and do not inform us, thus becoming a “no show”,

you are welcome to send a family member or friend to participate in your place.
